Steve Jeffery will be conducting a tour of the geosciences library and records room of Freeport-McMoRan Copper & Gold (a global mining company). The library is within the exploration division and contains 20,000+ books, maps, and reports as well as records of exploration work and core samples.
The tour will be conducted on Friday, January 13th @ 10am. You must RSVP to Steve Jeffery (Steven_jeffery@fmi.com) by Wednesday, January 11th. Space is limited.
The library and records room is located in Oro Valley (~Oracle & 1st). Refreshments will be provided. When you RSVP directions will be provided.
